Function of the product
The condenser is an important component in the refrigeration system and belongs to the heat exchange equipment.
Its working process is an exothermic process, and the condenser achieves cooling effect by taking away the heat of gas or vapor and releasing it into the surrounding air.
In automotive air conditioning systems, the condenser is usually located in front of the vehicle's radiator, dissipating heat into the air through forced convection by a fan.

Heat dissipation and phase transition
The core function of an air conditioning condenser is to cool the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant formed during the compression process into a liquid state, complete the phase transition of heat release, and thus achieve continuous operation of the refrigeration cycle.
Specific Function Analysis
High temperature gas cooling and overheating elimination
The condenser first removes the overheated portion (about 80-100 ℃) of the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant discharged from the compressor through air flow, reducing its temperature to the level of saturated gas.
This process is similar to cooling and reducing the heat of high-temperature gases.
Gas liquid phase transition and heat release
Under the condition of maintaining saturation temperature (about 45-60 ℃), the refrigerant undergoes a phase change:
High temperature gas → medium temperature liquid
Release latent heat (approximately 200-300kJ of heat per kilogram of refrigerant)
The heat released during this process is equivalent to over 60% of the total heat output of the air conditioning system.
Liquid refrigerant supercooling treatment
When the ambient temperature is lower than the condensation temperature, continue to cool the liquid refrigerant to near ambient temperature (usually 10-15 ℃ higher than the environment), ensuring that the liquid refrigerant entering the expansion valve has sufficient subcooling (about 5-15 ℃) to avoid cavitation.
