How should we maintain the air conditioning compressor in daily use?

1. Regularly inspect the interior of the motor to ensure that there are no debris or conductive objects, and check whether the coils are damaged and whether there is friction between the stator and rotor to avoid damage after the motor starts.

2. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the compressor and its surrounding environment, regularly clean the dust on the condenser to prevent dust accumulation from causing equipment overpressure or refrigeration failure.

3. Regularly check the oil level in the oil tank of the machine body and the amount of lubricating oil in the oil injector. If it is lower than the scale line, it should be replenished in a timely manner.

4. Carefully monitor the working sound of cylinders and moving parts at all levels of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, and judge their working condition based on the sound.

Once abnormal sound is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

5. The lubricating oil used should be filtered through sedimentation, and different compressor oils should be selected for winter and summer.

6.For water-cooled compressors, water should not be immediately introduced after cutting off water to avoid cylinder cracks caused by uneven heating and cooling.

After parking in winter, it is necessary to empty the cooling water to prevent the cylinder and other components from freezing and cracking.

Air cooled compressors only need to ensure stable indoor temperature, preferably used in standard laboratories and equipped with air conditioning to maintain a temperature between 25-28 ℃.

7. Check whether the temperature of the cross guide rail, suction and exhaust valve cover and other components of the high and low temperature alternating humidity test chamber is normal by hand feel.

8. Check the cooling water temperature and flow rate of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to ensure that it is in normal condition.

9. Observe whether the compressor vibrates and check whether the foundation screws are loose or detached.

10. Pay attention to the readings of the pressure gauges at all levels of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber, as well as whether the indicated values of the gas storage tank, cooler, and lubricating oil pressure gauges are within the normal range.
