FAQ For Charging Devices

 

Q1: How long can it be filled?

A: Taking 220V household electricity as an example, a 16A charger can theoretically charge about 3.5 kWh per hour, while a 32A charger can charge about 7 kWh.

Due to the charging environment, there may be certain errors in the efficiency of vehicle AC-DC conversion, so the charging power is generally slightly lower than the theoretical value, and the actual charging power shall prevail. Charging duration (h)=battery capacity (kWh) ÷ charging power (kw).

Taking the BAIC EU5 as an example, its battery capacity is 54kWh. Using a 32A charger (with a power of 7KW), it takes about 7.7 hours to fully charge it in 54 ÷ 7=7.7 hours.

 

Q2: What should I do if the machine or cable gets hot while charging?

A: This product has over temperature protection function and has undergone strict factory testing. When the temperature reaches the reading value, the power will be disconnected and the charging will stop.

Please rest assured that the safety of car charging comes first. It is recommended that you choose a cool and well ventilated location for charging, and try not to charge in a hot and sunny environment for a long time.

 

Q3: Can hybrid cars be used?

A: It can be used, but most hybrid cars have on-board chargers with a current of only 16A, so the charging speed will be slower than 32A.

Some hybrid cars are equipped with a 32A on-board charger, which can reach a current of 32A during charging.

 

Q4: What should I do if the product malfunctions during the warranty period?
